2. Book Madness is our take on college basketball’s popular tournament known as “March Madness”. In the past, books were matched up against each other and our fans voted on who advanced to the next round until only one book was left standing. Past winners were To Kill a Mockingbird (Classics), The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (21st-century fiction) and 1984 (Sci-Fi/Fantasy). This year we decided to mix it up and go with characters and “Hero vs. Villain” as the theme.

Right now we are asking for your help in fielding the competitors. Nominate your favorite heroes and villains by entering, in the form above, names for this year’s tournament. The brackets will be unveiled in the beginning of March. At that time, you will have the opportunity to fill out your very own bracket! The process will be a little different this year but we will send out guidelines for filling out a bracket when the time gets closer.

Once the submission period ends, we will start the voting phase of the competition. You will be able to vote for all the matchups and see how you are doing compared to your fellow Book Madness fans. There will be prizes awarded to the winning brackets.

So please take this opportunity to make your voice heard and stay tuned here for future announcements!
